It was a great game, especially the first half, and, of course, the better team won.

I'm a Lady Vols fan, but NC is probably the team to beat. Their press was incredible. Their offense was great. I'm not sure that anybody can beat them when they're playing like they did tonight.

One negative, though: Ivory Latta. She is not well-liked, to put it nicely! She takes a lot of flops, especially when she gets beat defensively. And I think she comes off very obnoxious. Most people I know can't abide her. I think Atkinson is their best player. I still think Seimone Augustus of LSU is the Wade Trophy winner.

Yep, an exciting game, even though the Lady Vols were already trailing by the time I tuned in about halfway through the first half. Their rally in the second half looked hopeful, but wasn't enough. They were too far down and NC is just too fast and too good on defense.

Glad to see Duke beat UConn, though. Maybe it will be a NC-Duke matchup for the championship?
