Blanco Announces LA Recovery Authority Members

More Gulf reconstruction news today: Gov. Blanco in Louisiana announced the members of her Louisiana Recovery Authority. Like its Mississippi counterpart, it's a bit heavy on the business execs and politicos, but with a few interesting exceptions, like Susan Taylor of Essence magazine and former state AFL-CIO head Sibal Holt.

Pick most likely to sow marital discord: former Bush advisor Mary Matalin gets the nod, and James Carville is nowhere to be seen. A big "ouch" for the Ragin' Cajun.
